My wife and I stopped in to one of our favorite breakfast places around, The Country Skillet in Clearwater. It may not look like my much, but it is truly "down home cookin". The omelettes our fantastic. They offer a Veggie, Meat Lovers, and everything omelette in between. The portions are huge which is critical to me. They serve breakfast all day so stop in anytime.
