The other evening two of my colleagues and I went out to GrillSmith in Carrollwood for an after work get together. We sampled a couple of appetizers including the Spicy Thai Shrimp and the Spinach & Artichoke Dip. The shrimp was delicious with a rich, seasonal flavor. The dip was accentuated with the triple cheeses and right blend of artichoke flavor. GrillSmith also has an extensive wine list to suit any ones taste, great beer list too.
