Spinach Salad

SPINACH SALAD


• 10 oz. fresh spinach

• 8 pieces bacon, cooked and save grease

• 2 hard boiled eggs

• ½ cup scallions (green onions)

• ¼ teaspoon dry mustard

• 1 teaspoon sugar

• ½ cup red wine vinegar

• Dash of salt and pepper

• Mushrooms

• Croutons

Chop eggs, green onions, and crumbled bacon and place on torn spinach. Add salt, pepper, mustard, and sugar into the vinegar. Pour vinegar mix into hot bacon grease and stir for 20 seconds. Pour over spinach and serve immediately.
