To-rrific

For Thanksgiving dinner my sister in law Kari Dittman brought a vegetarian roast called Tofurky.  I will admit, I was skeptical being a serious carnivore.  The Tofurky Roast was very good.  It was moist and juicy with tons of flavor.

To make this dish Kari added the Tofurky with potatoes and carrots into a casserole dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes and serve.  For more information visit Tofurky.  Enjoy!
