Don't Put Too Much On Your Plate

I have tried to lose a few pounds before but it never seemed to work.  It was because I tried to take drastic measures which is not realistic.  Then I decided to do things in moderation.  I changed the way I ate slightly, watched my portions, and started to run.  It has been almost two weeks and I can see and feel the difference.

I ran across an article which backs up this philosophy.  The name of the article is called, Food Pyramid is Out and the Plate is In.  I hope you enjoy the article.  Also, I will keep you posted on my progress.
