I ran across this article on The Epi-Log on Epicurious regarding the health benefits of chocolate. I have read that dark chocolate is a great alternative for a sweet snack. I love dark chocolate! I almost now prefer it over milk chocolate. Always look for a high percentage of cocoa when reading the labels. The higher the better.
