Live By Chocolate

I ran across this article on The Epi-Log on Epicurious regarding the health benefits of chocolate.  I have read that  dark chocolate is a great alternative for a sweet snack.  This article discusses the improvement of your cholesterol by consuming small quantities of cocoa.  The name of the article is called, Cocoa and Health:  More Good News About Chocolate.  In my quest to become healthier, I will drink to that.

I love dark chocolate! I almost now prefer it over milk chocolate. Always look for a high percentage of cocoa when reading the labels. The higher the better.
