I have driven by On Q for the past few months and it looked tantalizing. On Saturday I stopped in after work for a late lunch. I had the Beef Brisket sandwich and it was excellent. The Beef Brisket is made from Certified Angus Beef which is why the beef is tender, and moist. The "House" BBQ sauce was more like a marinade where it enhanced the taste of the beef.
