Eat To Lose

I have just began my mission of losing weight.  I have been running for about 5 weeks and have lost over 10 pounds.  I am always in search on trying to find different ways to maximize my workout.  I found this article that discusses pre-workout meals that help you burn more fat.  The name of the article on Active.com is 4 Pre-Workout Snacks to Help You Burn More Fat.  I will try this and so should you.  Let me know what you think.
