BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• 1 unbeaten egg
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¾ cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
• ½ cup chopped nuts (any kind)
Melt butter, add other ingredients, and spread in a buttered 8”x8” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
