At the Brass Tap at the Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel, FL, I tried a great stout. It was called Midnight Oil by Swamp Head Brewery. The beer was a savory blend of toasted oats, chocolate malts, with organic coffee. The combination was excellent. It was surprising smooth and would definitely recommend the beer.
