Last weekend my family and I went out to Homosassa Springs for relaxing day on the water. We kayaked and we did some paddle boarding. It was a great day. With all of that activity, we were very hungry. We ate at the Seagrass Waterfront Restaurant & Resort. The restaurant is right on the water with picturesque views. Starting off with the calamari and finishing with the Fish & Chips left me very full. The Fish & Chips were fried to perfection. It was excellent and reasonably priced.
