This past weekend we decided to grab something to eat. We heard great things about Capital Tacos in Land O' Lakes and it was everything I could have imagined and more. I decided on the Texas Flood burrito and I was amazed. Pictured above is the wet burrito version which I tried. The burrito features beef brisket, cheddar and jack cheese, avocado, jalapenos, and more. It was absolutely awesome.
