CHEESY POTATOES
- 2 pounds of frozen hash browns (partially thawed)
- 1/2 cup of butter (melted)
- 1 - 10.5 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar)
- 1/4 cup of onion (diced)
- A dash of salt and pepper
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients to a bowl. Add mixed ingredients to a casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour.
