MUFFINS AND FRUIT
• 4 large muffins (peach, banana, blueberry, etc.)
• Fresh fruits (peaches, berries, bananas, kiwi, etc.)
• Chopped walnuts
• Honey
Cut muffins in half and place on oval or rectangular tray. Cover with cut up fresh fruits. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and drizzle with honey. Let sit at room temperature for ½ hour. A light, delicious breakfast.
