To stay with the North Carolina theme, I wanted to mention another place for when you are in the Bryson City, North Carolina area. Big Wesser BBQ & Brew was a solid place to stop and eat. Located at the Nantahala Outdoor Center, Big Wesser provided a picturesque view while enjoying your meal. My wife and I both had the pulled pork with cabbage and carrots on top. It was excellent. I will try to use that combination when I make pork next time. With great food and outdoor activities at the Nantahala Outdoor Center, we will be back again.
