Last week my family and I went up to the Smoky Mountains in Bryson City, North Carolina. It was a great little vacation. The mountains and rivers were absolutely gorgeous. The cooler weather from Florida was a relief as well.
There were also great places to drink and eat. One of those places was the Nantahala Brewing Company. I tried the Pattons Run Porter and it was pretty good. The beer had a light taste compared to other Porters but it had a full flavor. My wife tried the Dirty Girl Blonde which is a light, sparking beer in which she enjoyed. Orlando Criminal Defense Attorney, William Ponall of Snure & Ponall, PA , is frequent visitor to this brewery. He really enjoys the Noon Day IPA which is one of the flagship beers for the brewery.
