Cooking is all about getting creative and having fun. I got the idea for making an over sized burger from a colleague of mine, Joseph Castiglioni. I added a small block of Velveeta cheese in the middle of the patty. It turned out really well, and the kids loved it. Next time you are in the kitchen, just go nuts!
