Have Your Cake and Eat it to

In a quest to eat healthier, I bought this product that I saw on the show Shark Tank.  The product is called Kodiak Cakes.  This flapjack and waffle mix is much healthier than most brands on the market.  We made the flapjacks and they were excellent.  I enjoyed the wholesome goodness.  Who says you have to sacrifice taste for eating healthy.  For more information, visit Kodiak Cakes.  Enjoy!

Take a Puff

I have used Pepperidge Farms products for years.  We had an additional puff pastry sheet that I wanted to use.  I added scrambled eggs and shredded cheese to the pastry.  I then folded and baked for 30 minutes on 400 degrees.  It made for an excellent breakfast.  You can add anything you want and make a meal.  For more great recipes, visit Pepperidge Farms.  Enjoy!

Over the Holidays I tried peanuts from the Carolina Nut Company.  The peanuts came in three flavors, Bacon Ranch, Sea Salt, and Carolina BBQ.  All three were excellent and can make a great gift for any occasion including the Super Bowl that is right around the corner.  To order, visit my Amazon site.  I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

This is Krazy

Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Seasonings

I like to use Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Salt on my burgers and steaks on the grill.  The blend of seasonings help enhance the natural flavor of the meat.

Use Jane’s on popcorn, poultry, pizza, beef, pork, fish, burgers, ribs, eggs, mashed, French fried or baked potatoes of any kind, steaks, sandwiches, salads, vegetables, casseroles, gyros, soups, stews…every meal, every dish--wherever you would use table salt, add an extra spark of flavor--pour on the Jane’s!
