Sundae, Sundae, Sundae
I recently went to a county fair and tried this excellent rendition of an ice cream sundae which did not have the ice cream. This was called the Pot Roast Sundae and it was excellent. The sundae consisted of mash potatoes corn, slow cooked pot roast, topped with a cherry tomato. This is a product of the Main Street Butcher Block in Dade City, FL.
