Over the long weekend I had some BBQ from Ron's Bar-B-Q and it was excellent. The plate that I fixed had pulled pork with sauce on the side, green beans, and massive hush puppies. I really enjoy the the sauce on the side so that you can taste the full flavor of the meat. The hush puppies were flavored to perfection.
