I was trying to get creative with some left overs I had in the kitchen. You will need just a few ingredients.
- Rice (you can use a boil in the bag)
- Sausage (sliced)
- 1 can of black beans
Cook the rice as per instructions. Cook the sliced sausage in a skillet until it is slightly brown. Once both ingredients are cooked, combine all three in a pot. Place the pot on the stove top and heat on LOW for 5 minutes. Stir well and serve.
