Ham Sandwich

GRILLED GERMAN SANDWICHES

• ¼ cup butter, softened

• 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish mustard

• 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

• 2 teaspoons poppy seed

• 8 slices rye bread

• 4 slices boiled ham

• 4 slices Swiss cheese

Combine first 4 ingredients; spread butter mixture on both sides of each bread slice. Top each of 4 slices of bread with 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese, then a second slice of bread. Brown on medium-hot griddle until cheese melts, about 10 minutes, turning once.
