Low and Slow - Breakfast

The following breakfast recipe comes from the Fix-It and Forget-It series of cookbooks by Phyllis Pellman Good.  The particular book is called "5-Ingredient Favorites" which contains recipes to be made in the crock pot.  I hope you like it.


BREAKFAST BAKE
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheese, your choice
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Beat eggs.  Pour into crock pot.  Mix in remaining ingredients.  Cover and cook on Low for 3-4 hours.  Enjoy!
