Groovy Smoothies

Here are a couple of my favorite smoothie recipes. This is what you will need:
Milk
Orange Juice
Ice
1 Spoonful of Honey
A Few Drops of Vanilla Extract
1 Banana
1 Cup of Blueberries
1 Cup of Strawberries
This one is really good especially after a workout.
Milk
Ice
2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Large Spoonful of Peanut Butter
