For Cinco de Mayo, I met up with friends at Ford's Garage in Wesley Chapel. No, it was not for an oil change but for some food and drinks. I was very impressed with the amount of people that were there. It was packed. Luckily we had called ahead and had a table reserved.
The food was awesome. I had the Estate Burger which had a robust flavor with the smoked gouda cheese and the caramelized onions. The burger was cooked to perfection. The angus beef was thick and juicy. I will definitely be back to try the other burgers and sandwiches. For more information, visit Ford's Garage. Enjoy!
