Bayou Burger

After a long quest to find a place to eat for Father's Day, we ended up at the District Tavern.  We loved the atmosphere and the food was excellent.  I had the Bayou Burger which had a blend of meat with a touch of spice.  The burger was cooked to perfection.  As an alternative to fries, I opted for the pineapple infused slaw.  The two items went together perfectly.

Bread Pudding

For dessert, we went with the Bread Pudding, which is one of my favorite desserts.  The picture does not do it justice because the size of it was huge.  The bread pudding had a nice sweet flavor but not over powering.  It also had the right moisture to it.
