FISH TACOS
When you think of having tacos for dinner you don't necessarily think of fish tacos. You simply substitute the seasoned ground beef for a breaded fish. I used the Gorton's "Beer Battered Fish Fillet" You can use a hard or soft taco and add your lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. As far as a topping, I went with the traditional salsa but you can get creative. If you have a great salsa for fish tacos, let me know as well.
