To start off our meal at Irish 31, I had tried Smithwick's, Red Ale. Red beer is something I used to drink but have gone away from it. I am glad I gave it another shot. The Red Ale was flavorful and had vibrant, red color to it. The beer brought back my quest for a fantastic red beer. For more information, visit Smithwick's. Enjoy!
