After a day out, we were famished and wanted barbecue. My wife suggested Jimbo's for dinner. The ambiance is like a country barbecue place, but it is in the middle of the city. As soon as we sat down, I noticed the massive portions of food. I could not wait to eat.
I had the Pork Sandwich with okra and mac & cheese. The sandwich had a robust flavor with the right amount of sauce. The pork was juicy and tender as well. The best part of it is that each sandwich comes with hush puppies. That is amazing. We will be back. For more information, visit Jimbo's. Enjoy
