Pineapple Expression with Chicken
This recipe is identical to the Pineapple Pork recipe but with chicken. I may try this with fish next time
PINEAPPLE CHICKEN
- 2-4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 - 8 ounce can of pineapple chunks
Add chicken breasts to the crock pot. Cover the chicken breasts with the brown sugar. Pour pineapple chunks and juice on to to the chicken. Set on HIGH for 3-4 hours or until tender. Enjoy!

The New Orange
Try this refreshing beverage anytime.
ORANGE JULIUS
• 1 small can orange juice
• 1 and 1/2 cans water
• 1 and ½ cans milk
• Honey
• ½ cup sugar
• Dribble of vanilla
Blend together. Add 2 cups of ice cubes one at a time. Can be frozen.

Rice is Nice

Bring 1 cup KRAFT MINUTE RICE, 1 cup water, 3 tablespoons raisins, and ¼ teaspoon salt to a boil; cover and let stand until cool. Prepare 1 package (3 and ¾ oz.) JELLO vanilla instant pudding, adding 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg. Fold in rice mixture and chill.

That is a Wrap

- 4 large (8 or 9 inch) flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 package (10 oz.) Perdue Short Cuts original roasted carved chicken breast
- 1/3 cup bottled Ranch salad dressing
- 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped
On each tortilla, evenly layer lettuce and chicken. Drizzle with Ranch dressing and layer peppers on top. Roll tortilla and wrap one end with aluminum foil to secure.

Polka Time

SAUSAGE, SAUERKRAUT, AND NOODLE CASSEROLE
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/3 cups of milk
- 1 garlic clove
- 32 oz sauerkraut
- 8 oz med egg noodles
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs kielbasa
- 2 cups Swiss or Cheddar cheese- shredded
- 3/4 cups whole wheat bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter- melted
- 1 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoons parsley flakes
Combine soup, milk, onion, and garlic clove in medium bowl. Place sauerkraut in 13 x 9 pan. Top with uncooked egg noodles. Spoon soup mixture evenly over top. Top with kielbasa, then shredded cheese. Combine bread crumbs, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley in bowl, sprinkle over top. Cover tightly with foil and back 350 for 1 hour.

Holy O
Making doughnuts is a great way to spend time with the family. Here is a simple recipe that you can use. You will need the following ingredients.
- Pre made biscuits (don't use the flaky type)
- Cinnamon and sugar
- Butter (melted)
Cut a hole in the pre made biscuits. In skillet, heat enough olive oil to fill the bottom of the skillet. Cook the biscuit on both sides until golden brown. Dip the biscuit in the melted butter and the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Serve and enjoy!

Refried Dip
This is a simple dip that my mother-in-law whipped up. Perfect any gathering.
REFRIED BEANS DIP
- 1 large can of refried beans
- 1 cup of salsa
- 1 cup of shredded mexican cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped onions
- 1 cup of sour cream
*Measurements are approximate
Heat refried beans until until lukewarm. Stir refried beans and salsa together in a serving tray or bowl. Add cheese and onions. Top with sour cream. Serve with your favorite chip. Enjoy!
