Born For Corn

Here is a great side dish for any occasion.


ESCALLOPED CORN


• 1 can (16oz.) creamed corn

• 1 can (16oz.) whole kernel corn, drained

• 1 stick butter, melted

• 1 cup sour cream

• 1 box JIFFY corn muffin mix

• Dash of salt

Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1.5 hours.
