GRILLED STEAKS WITH ARTICHOKES
- 1 jar (7.5 oz.) marinated artichokes, coarsely chopped
- ½ cup red onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons refrigerated peppercorn ranch dressing
- 2 teaspoons garlic spice paste (found in the produce section)
- 1-1/2 -2 pounds grilling steak (ribeye, strip, or tenderloin)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Combine artichokes, onions, Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing, and garlic paste; set aside. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Place steaks on the grill and cook to your liking. Top steaks with artichoke mixture. Cover and grill 1-2 minutes longer or until topping is warm. Remove steaks from heat and let stand 5-10 minutes; slice and serve.
