Would You Care For Some Steak

This is a recipe from APRON'S SIMPLE MEALS presented by PUBLIX (Publix Aprons).

GRILLED STEAKS WITH ARTICHOKES

  • 1 jar (7.5 oz.) marinated artichokes, coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup red onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons refrigerated peppercorn ranch dressing
  • 2 teaspoons garlic spice paste (found in the produce section)
  • 1-1/2 -2 pounds grilling steak (ribeye, strip, or tenderloin)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
Combine artichokes, onions, Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing, and garlic paste; set aside.  Season steaks with salt and pepper.  Place steaks on the grill and cook to your liking.  Top steaks with artichoke mixture. Cover and grill 1-2 minutes longer or until topping is warm.  Remove steaks from heat and let stand 5-10 minutes; slice and serve.
