Here is a great side dish for your next chicken meal.
BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE
• ½ cup onions, chopped
• ½ cup celery, chopped
• 1 and 1/3 cup instant rice (white)
• 1 package, (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
• ¾ of a stick butter or margarine, broken in pieces
• 1 small jar cheese whiz
• 1 can mushroom soup
Mix altogether and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
