An alternative to a heavy pizza.
WHITE BOBOLI PIZZA
• 1 BOBOLI PIZZA CRUST
• 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of liquid
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 sliced onion
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
Cook altogether for 2 minutes in oil—salt and pepper to taste. Brush Boboli with more olive oil. Add 1 small tub gorgonzola cheese, a handful of mozzarella cheese, and some Parmesan, along with spinach mixture. Add pine nuts. Bake in 450-degree oven until brown and melted.
