Make Ahead Salad

This is a salad that eats like a meal.


MAKE AHEAD SALAD


• 1 head of lettuce, finely shredded

• ½ cup finely chopped celery

• 1 red onion, sliced

• 1 package (10 oz.) frozen peas

Miracle Whip in globs

• Parmesan cheese

• Salt and pepper

• 1 tablespoon sugar

Layer all ingredients in 6 layer in above order. Cover tightly; place in refrigerator and chill for 6 hours. When ready to serve, cover with cooked, crumbled bacon. May add shredded chicken for a main meal.
